Curds

This is a small Canadian vegan company that makes a handful of delicious healthy cheeses!

I’ve never seen vegan cheese curds (for poutine) before so I knew I had to order these. These have the same chewy texture as regular curds and also melt! Absolutely delicious and much healthier than the dairy version.

Poutine night!
Nothing can ever quite be curds (the squeaky cheese!), but these are the

closest I’ve come so far and are delicious.
I suspect these would also work well on vegan pizza.
