This is a very nice minced meat. It is soy based. It has only 11g
of protein in 100g, but we liked it a lot. It doesn't taste too meaty. 😊 I love it for bolognese or chili 🤤

There are many similar products on the market (and Beyond Meat is in its own
liga) but this one is pretty good, quite cheap and readily available. It looks the part, it cooks easily and it's very versatile.
