Profumo buonissimo, il sapore un po' meno, o meglio non soddisfa le aspettative date dal profumo, ma comunque un buon formaggio vegetale
nothing I would get again but to be fair, I am not the biggest fan of cheese. smells like cheese and tastes pretty similar but it’s also pretty firm.
Taste is not the best, as the nutritional score. Could be better.
It looks a bit like a soap bar but don't let that fool you, it's a good cheese, sliced or grated, and it melts beautifully in a toast.
