Presi al dm, consistenza buona, croccante, anche se un po’ stopposi perché è un mix
di farine senza glutine. Il sapore di formaggio si sente più all’olfatto che al gusto, e credo sia dato dal lievito alimentare. Comuqnue buoni, li ho mangiati insieme al salame 😋

The reviews of this flavour are very mixed. Most people say they have
a weird aftertaste but I like them. The crackers do taste a bit peculiar, at the end there’s slight bitterness/umami. They don’t taste like traditional cheese crackers, the flavour is more of “vegan” cheese.
The consistency is perfect! They’re thin, snap when you bite into them, buttery & a bit crumbly.
They go nicely with some kind of white creamy dip.
