These are dried soy chunks, which I soaked in warm water until it was soft. I then made a sauce with vinegar, tomatoe sauce, mustard and a pineapple chilli preservative. Added the sauce to the pan and heat it up and then added the soy chunks. Cooked it until the sauce was absorbed and browned a little. It was sooooooo good. Definitely want to try other ingredients for the sauce. I added the soy chunks to a stir fry I made. Good combo.
