really liked it. nicely seasoned and a little different consistency since it’s cut in stripes. works perfectly in a bowl or could imagine it to be great in a wrap as well.
This was so delicious and very similar to meat. The texture is juicy and flavorful. I used it as a salad topping and it was great. You do have to tear the pieces yourself, they are not precut, but because the consistency is so tender it’s not a problem.
