I love Lamyong! I have so many of their products in my freezer ready to smash out a quick dinner or treat to some kitchen catharsis. This is a favourite because it’s so quick and easy to prep, just chuck in an oven tray and bake for about 20mins (more if frozen). I thaw them for brevity and once baked they can be tossed in a sauce or through a stir fry, but mainly I just toss a couple on a wrap with salad and sauce for a crispy chicken sort of affair. Be warned though, don’t bake them for too long or they go hard and dry like jerky… That are is enjoyable!
