We only buy this tofu from Vegan Street food ZA in Observatory unless we need
fresh or silken tofu. It is non GMO and organic. Fries or airfry very well when tossed in seasoned cornflour and works extremely well when making tofu scramble.

Great firm tofu at a really great price! Firm tofu is so much better to
cook with (and eat) and this one is the cheapest I've found.
