Had this for lunch at work since there’s not much vegan around my office. It’s
relatively cheap (I think just under 7 euros) and overall filling. Brown rice topped with tempeh, radishes, carrots, edamame, tiny bit of kimchi, spring onions, which comes with a soy-based sauce to top everything with. The sauce is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I overall enjoyed this dish :) #veganisnotscary #veganbowl #vegan #amsterdam #lunch
