Overall this vegan pizza from American flatbread is pretty decent. The crust is nicely flavored but it didn’t crisp up very much. The pizza sauce was tasty. I wasn’t a big fan of the vegan cheese though, it had a gummy texture. I added some fried zucchini slices and fresh garlic. #veganpizza
I didn’t know what the heck to eat for dinner and I found this at Publix when they were out of pizza dough. I will tell you, it was 10 bucks for 520 calories which is expensive in my book. Clearly the pricing is in the quality ingredients; I decided to buy it anyways. I always like to add fresh veggies to my pizzas. It turned out quite well with my additions. The vegan cheese was quite respectable! Good flavor for a frozen pizza. Don’t think it’s worth the price but I would consider it in a pinch. #organic #nongmo #pizza
