I tried this new cheese vegan option! It’s a local brand (Belgium) and a bit

cheaper than others, but even if it’s tasty, the texture is not the best (breaks easily) I prefer violife always!!! Anyway I think it’s good enough 😉 #veganuary #vegancheese #cheese

tends to break when cold, but I really like the texture when melted.
Another plus point is the fact that I found it at the local supermarket, without the need to go to specialized shops. I will buy it again!

La textura es buenísima, en tema apariencia lo usé derretido para una pizza y el

color se vuelve un poco anaranjado como se ve en la última foto, el sabor es rico pero siento que le falta un poquito más para ser idéntico al especista. Como siempre con este tipo de productos el precio es caro, pero para alguna ocasión especial está bueno.
