Recently tried this Vegan Nasi Campur which consists of brown rice, sautée vegetables (beans–my favorite!),
tempeh, satay, and vegan rendang. I love that it’s a dish that is basically a simple Indonesian homemade food—close to the heart. The star is definitely the vegan rendang, for its tasty flavor and texture. The brown rice texture could be better, although overall I enjoyed eating this.
