3 stars for effort. Didn't like this one. Absolutely not like Mozzarella, way to hard and taste wise... Kind off like basil and sweet.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Es schmeckt nicht und die Konsistenz geht gar nicht. Und günstig war es auch nicht.
Wowowow! It's been a while since I have been so excited over a vegan product. This tastes super simular to Mozzerella, they nailed the consistency, which I didn't think was possible 🥺 I love it very much (tbh I didn't like any other product of this brand)
A perfect mozzarella replacement 😍 It is a long time ago I ate mozzarella from animal milk but this product tastes 100% how I remember it 👍🏼 It is really salty, so I only added pepper, herbs and rucola to the dish on photo number 1. Ottima la consistenza ma il sapore non mi ha convinto, per di più non scioglie sulla pizza. Però ha effettivamente pochi grassi rispetto ad altre mozzarelle veg!
