Vegan Chorizo
I like this vegan chorizo ! It taste well..., but I prefer to fry
it in a pan before I eat it - I use it for fried potatoes, to add it over mashed potatoes or for stews, for example...
The taste is ok, to put it on a slice of bread (as cold cut), but the consistency of this vegan chorizo is a little crumbly, so it can fall off the bread again... 😉😎🔪

The product is delicious with a delicate spicy taste. It's easy to prepare it. The
chouriço doesn't melt during the preparation.
The texture is similar to the meat sausage.
I highly recommend this product.
On my first picture I've prepared a spaghetti with vegetables and chouriço "Veg In" al red wine sauce.
