Get all the vitamins you need, including the infamous B12. With an added bit of taste.
Taste good and good composition but I find it hard to personally follow it. I need to buy vitamins that I can take every week or 2 weeks.
So pleased to find these. Contains the nutrients that us vegans may have difficult in obtaining. Comes in orange and blackcurrant flavour. The blackcurrant flavour is quite strong but OK. Reasonably priced. No half filled plastic packaging. Comes almost full in metal reusable screwtop tubes. Aw far as I know there are no stockists in Ireland at the moment. I had to purchase from the Vegan Society in the UK, so got a year's supply for the family. Highly recommend. 👍
I got these from the Vegan Society webpage, at £6.60 for a three month supply. I’m not keen on the flavour but orange is the only other option so blackberry it is.
