I contacted Whimzees directly to find out if these are vegan. They told me that they can’t label them “vegan” because they can’t guarantee that their ingredients were grown in vegan soil. They assured me that no animal products are used. Even though these are expensive, these are healthy and long lasting. I buy the large for our 100lb furbaby and the medium for the 50lb fur baby. They both love these and it cleans their teeth!
These are great dental chews for dogs. They come in different shapes and sizes. The variety boxes come in small, medium, and large sized chews. The grooves in the chews are meant to line up with the size of your dog’s teeth so it’s best to stick to the recommended size which is determined by your dog’s weight. It’s important for dogs to chew so these are a great vegan option! I buy the variety pack my local Pet Valu for $49.99 plus taxes.
