Tiras de soja texturizada. Las compré a granel en Veggieroom, suelen tenerlas en paquetes de

plástico. Muy versátiles, las suelo usar para fajitas o para hacer noodles. Las hidrato con agua caliente o caldo, unas gotitas de humo líquido, ajo en polvo y pimentón picante. #veganuary #veganisnotscary #soymeat

En casa las usamos en casi todas las recetas, desde guisos a fritos.

Estas las compré en Veggan al peso, pero les faltó un cuarto de kilo y me lo mandaron así.

Están buenísimas y súper rápidas y fáciles de preparar. Compradas en Vegan place Málaga.

•Taste: this product need a good “sazón” ( marinade ),it need a bit

more quantity of spices and salt / soja sauce / your election but don’t forget to add . But after the sazón and cooki it it’s a really good product , and so versatile . The texture is really really good .
•Nutritional Values : 332kcal / 100gr ( without the spices and soy sauce ) 49gr /100 gr of protein. 1,2 gr/100gr of fat.
