I was super happy to finally find vital wheat gluten (seitan), so I can try

and make my own vegan meat. I'm not much into vegan meats, but the process of making it is interesting to me, so I bought a smaller package to give it a go 👌 Now, even though my first try was less than perfect, I still liked it and am pumped to make more and better stuff with it 😊 Please share your most successful recipes with seitan - this one was supposed to be chicken, next I'm trying vegan pepperoni 🍕 #veganinbulgaria #veganin2022 #veganmeat #seitan #hailseitan

Il miglior preparato per fare il seitan in casa! Semplicissimo da fare, il seitan che

si ricava è paragonabile a quello artigianale per morbidezza e texture. Inoltre il costo è bassissimo.

Lo trovo online su Veggie shop 24 ed è immancabile quando faccio un ordine.

Il mio preparato per seitan preferito, ha una consistenza fantastica (come quella del seitan artigianale)!

Facilissimo da realizzare:

1️⃣ Mescolate la stessa quantità di preparato e di brodo (fatto raffreddare) e lasciate riposare per 30 minuti

2️⃣ Intanto, preparate un brodo e arricchitelo a piacere (io uso salsa di soia, zenzero, aglio in polvere, alghe, bacche di ginepro e alloro)

3️⃣ Quando il brodo bolle, mettete il panetto (a pezzi o intero) e cuocetelo per mezz'ora

4️⃣ Fate raffreddare il seitan e poi cucinatelo come preferite (nell'ultima foto, il mio spezzatino)

❗Potete conservarlo in frigo per qualche giorno, nel brodo di cottura
