I have been mucking around trying to make fluffy pancakes, I have not yet found a vegan solution to this in the shape of a prepacked pancake mixture in the Netherlands. these pancakes weren't amazing but we also didn't have any syrup or anything nice to add which definitely took away from how nice they could have been. they weren't very sweet but definitely quite fluffy. the mix was around 2€ i believe
