I love mushrooms, so this cappelletti stuffed with mushrooms couldn't be bad. It has a mild flavour and won't upset the taste buds of those who aren't big mushroom fans; even you will like it, believe me. I've made it with white sauce, with tomato sauce and I've also put it in a stew. All the versions were tasty. What's more, it's a great option for when you're in a hurry and don't have much idea of what to cook, it's ready in between 10 and 15 minutes. Ah, fried in a frying pan with a little oil is a valuable tip. It's better than boiling water. It was an interesting and satisfying experience, given that I wasn't expecting much from pasta stuffed with mushrooms. Vantastic Foods belongs to Velivery GmbH & Co. KG, a vegan company with an online shopping centre for various products, including those from Vantastic Foods. They already have several products, including chocolate, soya strips, pancake mix and much more. La verdad es que no me gustaron tanto por varios motivos: la masa queda un poco dura. En estas pastas es muy difícil encontrar el punto medio ya que si lo seguís cocinando se abren. El relleno me pareció raro. No le sentí gusto a hongos. Era mucho condimento que tapaba el gusto a hongo. Si bien el paquete dice que rinde entre 2-3 porciones, confirmó que rinde 2. 3 personas no comían de ahí Lo compré en un local 100% vegano que encontré en Madrid
