Such a tasty and creamy mint chip ice cream. Mint isn't my go-to flavor but I do appreciate it:) feels light and refreshing.

This brand of ice cream hits it out of the ballpark, especially on a hot summer day! So yummy! Raw cashew milk, coconut cream, raw coconut oil, pure peppermint extract and single origin chocolates are the ingredients that make this ice cream dreamy! And I’m not even a fan of mint Chip ice cream! I’ve changed my mind 😉
