I have to admit, this cashew based ice cream flavor sounded so different I wasn't

sure I was going to like it.

Cookies & cream and caramel (as a combo) doesn't seem like something I would personally enjoy but was I so WRONG!!

Obviously, the ice cream experts at Van Leeuwein know what they're doing because this combo did not disappoint.

Even though it's cashew based, this ice cream also has coconut cream which coconut flavor is very noticeable in this ice cream.

You will definitely taste a coconut flavor which I personally enjoyed.

This combo is a new favorite and will definitely get again.

Don’t know why this Van Leeuwen Cookies & Cream Caramel Swirl Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert is

being discontinued cause the flavor is bomb but I didn’t mind that sale price though (cause they’re expensive pints otherwise!). There’s a wonderful amount of gooey, salty caramel swirled throughout that goes perfect along the abundance of soft, chocolate cookies in the creamy ice cream base! 🍫🍪🍨🍮

Pricey, but completely worth it for this luscious ice cream. It's super creamy, has generous

chunks of cookies, and loads of caramel swirled throughout. YUM!
