Väcka is a wonderful local startup creating all kinds of vegan cheese. I had this cheese the first time at their restaurant (now temporarily closed), so I was very happy to find it in a vegan store. It has simple ingredients (pumpkin 🎃 making up the 70%) but when heated up it really tastes like fat cheese. Pricy but worth it. #veganisnotscary

Queso estilo cheddar apto para derretir y gratinar. Hecho de calabaza y fermentos naturales. Muy logrado! Ideal para nachos!

La textura es muy agradable, pero es bastante soso y tiene un toque Dulce que no me ha gustado. Además, he leído que, además de calabaza, lleva aceite de coco. No creo que repita

Este aún no me ha dado tiempo a probarlo, es como queso crema, lo probaré con nachos.
