Wrong category under pastries lol But this is a frying snack. New vegan brand I found at Bosteels in Liedekerke! A bamischijf is a Dutch snack consisting of a of bami, breaded and deep-fried. It is a Dutch modification of the Chinese-Indonesian noodle dish bakmi goreng. Not the biggest fan, but vegan labeled how could I resist? 😉 lol @brentvda liked it too
