I had low expectations for this because in my experience, ready made microwave lasagne is
always average. I only bought it because it's a new product and, well, gotta support #veganbusiness. But this lasagne was surprisingly good! I had it with a pile of steamed veges on the side. All the good lasagne flavours were there, the pasta wasn't too soggy, the bolognaise and bechamel sauces were pretty good. I might end up buying this again for a quick easy #lazyvegan lunch.

This lasagne was surprisingly delicious and filling. It was moist and tomatoey. It went well
with a light salad - making it an easy to prepare meal for one.

Taste like looks like. Not great. Feels like only pasta. I didn't add my favourite
cheese maybe that's why. I don't recommend.
