Didn’t expect too much from this but it was awesome tasting and not rubbery like some TVP products can be. Actually used it in a vegan quiche and it was perfect.

Can’t say I was a fan of this to be honest. Texture and taste not fantastic.
I do like that this is a shelf stable product that would be good for camping and stuff, but the taste and texture was not that great in my opinion. A bit to much spice that hurt my tongue and the texture was kind of soggy. I added it to country gravy for biscuits and gravy and it's a bit better when mixed in with other flavors.
Sold as a morning wrap filling, I think it would excel as the protein in sausage gravy. It is very salty, so keep that in mind.
I love this product I’ve been using it for about three months and it’s vegan and I would recommend it to everyone
