looks delicious!! jackfruit has been something i’ve put off and i’ll usually just use tofu but im definitely gonna give it a try soon!!

I tried this bbq jackfruit for the first time today on Mad Mexican Corn tortillas with their hot guacamole. I’ve never made my own jackfruit so I figured this was a good way to see if I like it enough to make it.. since I’ve had a bad experience 🤦🏻‍♀️
This was so nice on tacos! Really comparable to pulled pork since you can really use your favourite bbq sauces and spices on top.
I made sure to break it up small in the skillet and get a good glaze on it. I added a little extra bbq sauce while cooking
We used greens, purple cabbage, onion, and the Neal Brothers just got enough salsa on top and my fiancé’s only complaint was I only bought one box! I’d buy this again while on sale for an easy meal since it takes 10 mins, but I really can’t wait to make my own!

This is one of the most original vegan products. It can replace any "pulled" meat. It doesn't taste like meat but the texture is similar. It is a bit sour and spicy. Yummy!
