Despite the individually wrapped items within this meal kit, I was surprised at how much
I enjoyed the end result. The flavors are incredibly tasty. I actually forgot about the fried onion package until after finishing the plate. Paired along side some #nasoya thai basil dumplings since the serving size is a bit small for two people. The sauce was too good to waste, so my spouse and I used the remaining dumplings to clean our bowls.
Purchased at #thrivemarket for around $5-6. Contains both soy and wheat.

This is an instant meal so you shouldn’t have super high standards! The udon noodles
are pre-cooked and come with a packet of vegan curry sauce with jackfruit pieces, as well as a small packet of fried onions. It’s spicy and satisfying but maybe not big enough to be a meal. Squeezing out the jackfruit and sauce reminded me a bit of dog food, however....!

Good flavor, but it looks nothing like the picture on the package, so I marked
it down some for presentation. Overall I would say this is a great convenience product to pack for a lunch.
