The pre-cooked noodles in these aren’t great. Pretty squished-flat, and very “al dente” (which isn’t
my thing). The sauce has good flavor, and is made with a short list of simple ingredients (and no palm oil). It’s not pretty out of the package, but again, the flavor is pretty good. It was a little difficult to find the seitan “bacon” but what there was tasted yummy. This is better with other things added: broccoli was good in it (I also like adding broccoli to other vegan mac & chreeze). Good for emergencies, when you only have a microwave and no freezer, since this doesn’t have to be refrigerated. I like other products by Upton’s Naturals better, tho.

This is really good! It is a bit expensive for how much is in the
box, but it’s pretty filling so that helps. I cooked it on the stovetop and went a few minutes longer to slightly brown the noodles. It’s even easier than other boxed mac & cheese products because the noodles are cooked and the sauce is already prepared. I wouldn’t buy this super frequently because of the price point, but I will definitely buy it again!
