Chick’n Schnitzel

It is very dry and does not have much flavour. Maybe it was because I cooked it in the oven (?!?)

I made this for guests tonight and we all ate it, they commented it would be nice with gravy. #alv

These aren’t very good, maybe partially due to over cooking / being too dry but they were just boring #alv
