It was extremely smooth texture

and soft! Ideal for soups, shakes, salad dressings and desserts. I like the 2 portion in 1 packaging. You don’t need to cook many at one time for 1 person.

Seems like a sudden fan of Unicurd this month. Tofu with soup and either some

sweet corn or tomatoes goes really well with the other Unicurd Hor Fun that I posted separately. I like how this can supply to my proteins and carbohydrates intake without adding to my cholesterol level.

I once made chocolate "mousse" with this tofu - combine this with some melted chocolate

and chill. It's not bad, but it tastes exactly like what it's made of. Recommend using a hand mixer because I only had a whisk and there were still some small lumps.
