I’ve been waiting to try this #zalmon poke cubes for a while, as they always
looked so inviting when I saw them at the supermarket. The price is 6.90 chf for this 200g portion. I tried them after marinating them with a sauce similar to ponzu, but they can be eaten without any prior preparation. The consistency is very similar to actual salmon but the taste is extremely plain. It helped having the cubes marinated. Unfortunately this product is not particularly nutritious: it has very little protein and fiber.
