The texture of this almond milk is thin yet without that watery/diluted/inconsistent mouthfeel that some
almond milks have. Lightly creamy and smooth without the jarring granular flakiness of almond bits floating around. Strong almond taste which is good for those who like it (I do, though I know people who hate it). Tastes very unsweetened so it’s not for the sweet toothed. I’ve been trying different brands of non-dairy mylks over the past few months and am starting to feel a sense of attachment (and... loyalty?) to UFC because of the combination of affordability and quality of taste and texture.
