Tuscan White Bean & Kale Soup

I bought this 6 pack from Costco for quick healthy meals. It comes in individually packed plastic containers which apparently can be microwaved directly. I heated up the soup on a pot in the stove instead. I though the flavour was a bit bland but not terrible. A bit of hot sauce helped, but I wouldn't buy again just based on flavour. There isn't much kale in it, a negligible amount. It's a decent source of protein (8g), fiber and potassium. The ingredients are minimal and organic. It's interesting that this is pantry stable had has a 1 year shelf life.

I love this soup, I've been bringing it to work for lunch. A bit too much spices for me, but still edible. Just for the calories count, the bowl is not 160 cal but 256 (since the container is 400ml not 250ml). Im dying to try other flavors though, let me know where I can purchase other options.

Good option of soup ready to eat. I don't like microwaving, i prefer it warmed on the stovetop. Good portion.
