Update: after taking this for a while I can at least say that it helps with my bowel movement without tummy upset or pain. I’ve tried other brands that cause stomach discomfort with no improvement but this helps almost instantly. Worth getting a bottle to see if it works for you too. Bought this after 2 course of antibiotics.. hopefully this helps cos tbh I cannot tell if it indeed ‘heals’ or ‘soothe’ my system after the series of antibiotics. Love that it is shelf stable and vegan~~~ 🤍🌱

Gut health is so important. Your gut microbiome actually plays a large role in overall health. This probiotic pill also has prebiotics to provide nutrients to the good bacteria. It has 6 strains. Is vegan, among other things like gluten-free #veganisnotscary I love that it’s in a glass, rather than plastic, bottle. The downside for me is that the pills are slightly larger than is comfortable to swallow, and that 2 is a single day’s serving size 😫
