Trini Chickpea Curry

This was a tasty curry. Not very spicy if that is what you are looking for, but it has a rich flavor and is very filling. Very good with rice. #microwave

This is good for a quick 5 minute meal. It has a very mild spice to it. Good poured over rice.

Love that I got to try Trini food, a cuisine I don’t see often around here. I served this over rice and made a delicious, simple two-serving meal.
