Surprisingly amazing pancake mix! I used baking powder instead of an egg, soy milk, and

added cinnamon. They turned out fluffy and had a great flavor. They were a little sweet (I’m not sure if it was the mix or the soy milk I used) but we liked it a lot. 1 bag made enough pancakes for 6 people. This was the cheapest and one of the only vegan mixes at Walmart. 💲20 MXN ($1 USD)

¡Mezcla de panqueques sorprendentemente increíble! Usé polvo de hornear en lugar de huevo, leche de soja y agregué canela. Quedaron esponjosos y tenían un gran sabor. Eran un poco dulces (no estoy seguro si fue la mezcla o la leche de soja que usé) pero nos gustó mucho. 1 bolsa hizo suficientes panqueques para 6 personas.
