i got this tofu at an asian store and it was so different from grocery
store tofu. it was a lottt softer but i really enjoyed the consistency. it was only 1.50€ for a around 500g

I made a vegan wild garlic quiche and you should too 🤤 This tofu is
a bit softer and watery and works perfect for this recipe! Here’s the #recipe #veganrecipe for the quiche 😎
For the dough: mix 320g flour, 80g water, 140g vegan butter and 1 tsp until it forms a dough ball. Add more flour or water if needed.
For the filling: mix 400g of soft tofu with 2 tbsp oil of choice, 2 tbsp cornstarch, salt 🧂, pepper and sugar to taste. You might also add in the juice of half a lemon 🍋. Purée this mixture. Add in 100-150g of fresh wild garlic (cut into small pieces). If desired, add one onion 🧅 cut into rings. Mix well - don’t purée anymore tho.
Assemble the quiche by adding the dough into a grease quiche pan. Then add the filling and spread. For decoration you can add some cherry tomatoes 🍅 sliced in half. Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes, until the top browns lightly. I recommend to let it cool completely since the mixture has settled by that time. If you’re searching for that eggy 🥚 taste, you can also add some kala namak/black salt at this point. Enjoy :)

This Tofu is excellent as it's quite soft (but not silken) and works well for Asian dishes. 1,50€ for 450gr is as good as it gets when it comes to Tofu of this quality! (Soy from France & Canada) #abillionlove

My favorite tofu among all the products in the market (trust me, I've tried plenty).
Silken tofu-like consistency, no unpleasant taste as in some other tofu brands, produced in Berlin, great price (I think 450 costs 1,45€). What else can I ask for? Highly recommended. #veganisnotscary
