This gotta be the best grocery store bought cheese I’ve tried (sorry Miyoko’s). True to

its name, it tastes like a soft cheese, with goat cheese like texture. What impressed me more is the simple ingredients (no help with added oil!).
I thought I’d just spread it on some crackers for the virtual happy hour🥂 But it’s so good that I had to make a plate (with some homemade cashew dips, doubling down on the cashew😋)
The company is also serious about their sustainable mission, from sourcing to production. It also donates portions of their budget to animal welfare organizations, some are supported by the abillion community :)

Soooo delicious I could eat the entire thing in one sitting. Reminds me of the

cheese in those sandwich crackers I used to take to school lunches as a kid. But like 1000x better. How awesome to have all the same flavors and textures we loved before going vegan?! #veganisnotscary
