To end today's #veganuary we use "Tradi-Pan" to make a "mini home made pizzas" 🍕

We prepare a Mexican pizza with chorizo, beans, jalapeños and onion. And the other of vegetables with homemade tomato sauce, zucchini, sweet potato and peppers of various colors.
We have already used "Tradi-Pan" to make our pizzas and we love it, you can find it very easy, it has several packages.

I’m not sure that this product is actually vegan! Monostearate can come from animal or

vegetable fat. Did the person who verified this product actually contact Tradi Pan and ask them if the source of their monostearate is plant based?
