This was another good meal for pretty cheap. It was filling and the overall flavor of the sauce was really nice! It cooked quickly in the microwave too. My only complaint is the variety of veggies was seriously lacking. It was mostly green beans with only 1 tiny bite of baby corn and 2 pieces of spinach. I would have liked carrots & bell peppers in there, or something to add color and variety. But I’d still get again to keep in my fridge as a quick backup meal. #curry #frozenmeal #traderjoes




Must try Vegetable Penang Curry by Trader Joe's! Bursting with flavor in a coconut curry sauce! What would have made this even better is if they had put some tofu in it! Veggies were cooked perfectly with a slight crunch to them! High in fat, saturated fat and sugar makes this a meal I definitely wouldn’t have on a regular but would be something I’d enjoy on occasion!
