This is pretty good! I had this for Thanksgiving, I think TJ’s has an actual
Thanksgiving roast but I happened to have this in my freezer already.
I thought it was a bit dry even though I did baste it, I think it’s just the product. Also really salty, one serving has over 1000mg of sodium!! 😰 But also 25g of protein. I’ll probably have leftovers on a sandwich or something.

Okay for a vegan thanksgiving option. (Thaw then slice and pan-sear definitely the best way
to cook it). Not super special IMO, wouldve been just as happy with air-fried tempe smothered in (Mississippi Vegan’s 🍄) gravy; but the picky 🇩🇪 omni actually really liked it 🤷🏼♀️ 👍🏼. #veganisnotscary

I got this at least a month ago so not sure if it’s a holiday
thing only. I hope not because this roast is one of the best I’ve had and it would be awesome to find it year round. It’s got a very good texture and taste as well. I really enjoyed it. #veganisnotscary #traderjoes
