This is a very good gingerbread loaf filled with

is the first time I ever saw this at my Trader Joe’s . I was very happy to try and get it . I had a piece with tea . Yummy will be good toasted or fried with some vegan butter 🧡🌱🧡will buy again

Was too strong on the ginger. Texture and moisture was good though.

You couldn’t see my smile with my mask on, but I was very happy to

find this recently next to the vegan banana bread at Trader Joe’s. The large sugar bits on top aren’t my favorite, but the 97% rest of it is delicious and moist and gingery! I hope they continue it after the holidays, though I’m skeptical.
