Possibly the best vegan feta I've tried! Great texture and flavor! It isn't as bold
as "real" feta, but really good! We loved it on salads and I think it would be great in vegan spanakopita

Although this doesn't taste exactly like feta it's a very good alternative. One of the
things I missed when I first went vegan was having a Greek tomato salad, with juicy tomatoes and of course feta. The Trader Joe's feta definitely satisfies that craving.
It's also very good on the spinach and feta quiche (in the photo), sprinkled on chickpea omelettes or Buddha bowls.
At $4.99 Trader Joe's feta is less expensive than most of the other brands available.

This is a great block of #feta in brine. The packaging makes it easier to
keep it in the brine unlike the violife soft packaging. This crumbles really nicely and adds wonderful flavor to salads, sandwiches, and pastas. It was delicious on my flatbread sandwich with TJ's vegan tzatziki.

Trader Joe's vegan feta is one of our favorites! I also like the Violife one,
but Trader Joe's is quite a bit less expensive. This one costs $4.29 vs $6.29 for Violife.
