This dressing reminded me of ranch, only with a little more tanginess and a lot

more dill. The blend of cauliflower and almond butter results in a consistency that’s creamy and a little chunky, without being too thick. It makes my #salad delicious and tastes a lot less healthy than it really is. This well-balanced blend is a nice alternative to oilier dressings and vinaigrettes, which sometimes leave me with a heavy feeling. I especially appreciate that Trader Joe’s labels these bottles as unambiguously vegan! #veganeasychallenge
