Vegan bolognese style pasta sauce

This sauce is delicious, they use pea protein as the 'meat'. So good!

This was so impressive! The texture of the plant-based crumbles is very close to real

meat. Wow!

A really good Bolognese sauce!! I did add a few some seasonings as well as

mushrooms, garlic, onion and impossible meat! A very simple dinner on this beautiful Monday evening! 😍

Finally tried this sauce! Unfortunately it was a bit of a let down.

It is not bad but I expected it to be better. Not that flavorful and the crumbles are small and not that prominent. It is easily doctored by adding more seasoning and vegan crumbles but if that is necessary anyway I’d rather just make my own sauce.

I’ve never had bolognese sauce before and I thought this was great. I was impressed

by the flavor and it was perfect with Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi.
