Going vegan meant getting rid of eggs and products that go into burgers and sandwiches
like mayo. Luckily I found this vegan mayo at Trader Joe's which doesn't exactly taste like mayo but comes pretty close. It has more mustardy taste and tart but I still like it. Also my son who loves ranch and mayo couldn't tell the difference. Well priced too. Trader Joes are always reasonably priced.
It tastes a lot like mayonaise and could pass of as an alternative. It could
be a lot thicker consistency wise but it doesn't affect the taste much. As a spread, it is pretty ok. It is better suited as a dressing.
Love this product more than other brands of “mayonnaise”. It’s a little watery but still
very good!
