I “fried” these in a bit of oil so they got crispy outside; soft inside.
No real taste for “Crabless Cakes.” But I used some hot paste with ‘em and liked that with the crispy exterior. Had them with succotash (lima beans, corn, tomatoes). Made a nice meal. Cakes are low in protein (-) and fat (+), high in sodium (-)and fiber(+).
