These were ok! I’m not sure if we aren’t choosing the right preparation! As you’ve probably guessed my number one goal is crispy! My husband pan friend these twice and they just were crispy. They have a decent flavor, but definitely not better than just doing it ourselves from fresh potatoes. Although if you’re in a hurry this is probably quicker. Maybe we need to be oven roasting! We willl have to try that and see if that improves the crunch
I make these with everything! I love having this in the freezer. You can quickly add it to any meal. And the flavor is so good. Not overpowering with spices but just enough for delicious flavor. Made in Italy.
I appreciate the convenience of this and that it is now vegan! It used to have milk in it for some odd reason. The taste is mediocre though. I make better potatoes with minimal effort. However we do like to have frozen ready meals and sides for the busy week and this seems to be a regular lately. Tastes better with ketchup.
