I’ve never heard of pumpkin gnocchi but these were actually pretty good! Very nice touch

to add for a thanksgiving dinner or fall event! Trader joe’s doing amazing as always! #fall #gnocchi #pumpkin

A fun new seasonal gnocchi! Prepared it by boiling and then frying in sage

infused vegan butter. Also added some Everything But the Leftovers seasoning.

Really good! Like the pillowy but crisp texture. It is sweet so it may not be for everyone.

I liked this and would definitely purchase again next year but not sure I need it more than once per season. I prefer the cauliflower gnocchi but this one’s a nice seasonal dish!

This was okay but I probably would not go out of my way to get

this again. I don't usually eat gnocchi but I wanted to try this because it was pumpkin. I couldn't really taste pumpkin but I imagine it does add some nutrients which is nice. I added this to soup and ate it with Alfredo on top.

I was excited to finally find these at TJ’s, but I wasn’t sure what kind

of sauce to do. I didn’t want to overwhelm the pumpkin flavor with a tomato sauce so I opted for just minced garlic (with a bit of leftover spinach) and olive oil. As I suspected, it was super bland. I added pepper and TJ’s Unami seasoning as I find that makes almost everything better! It helped a little, so I melted some Violife feta for a little tang. Ultimately, it was still disappointing and I wouldn’t buy it again.

Little doughy pillows of deliciousness. The pumpkin is tasty and subtle. These cook in 2

mins which is perfect for a quick meal. I enjoyed it with vegan butter, fresh sage, salt and pepper. Definitely going to get more while it’s still in season!
